Senior Front End Developer

Full-Time in Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join our Jaxx Development team.

Jaxx Wallet is our flagship multi-token, multi-platform cryptocurrency digital wallet with 50x growth since the beginning of the year. Our team is growing rapidly to meet the demands of our ever-growing user base and we are looking for rock stars to join us in revolutionizing the new digital world!

The Role:

Our Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible to design and deliver front-end technologies on existing and future Jaxx products. This will be accomplished by writing unit code to maintain code quality and code standards. You will be working on front-end web design, maintaining code integrity, quality, organization and work with your colleagues on the engineering team to design and launch new features, convert visual elements and implement security and data protection.

Technical Skills:

Previous experience programming using JavaScript and JQuery

Ability to run or perform code reviews

A passion for clean and friendly UX

Experience in testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of apps

Prior Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of development experience

Bachelor’s degree

Assets:

Experience using AngularJS

Experience working in AWS, REST API’s

Experience developing for Android and iOS mobile platforms Ability to write modularize code

Knowledge of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology

Experience working in a start-up
