We seek a Technical Support Analyst to support our consumers, engage with our community and work hand by hand with our development team to address issues and solve problems.
Supporting clients, engaging with communities and stakeholders of Decentral, general office work and other drafting, editing and writing duties. Responding to technical questions posed by the cryptocurrency community about wallet products and integrations. Liaising with developer team at Decentral on technical issues.
To be successful, you will be an expert in analysing trends and transactions in the support queue and be able to communicate context to the team. You will need to have a fundamental understanding of technology and be able to quickly come up to speed on how transactions work inside the blockchain and cryptocurrency world.
As part of the interview process, we will ask you to provide examples of your past work and experiences. We are excited for you to show your accomplishments and will use this to facilitate the communication during the interview. What was your role? What are you most proud of about each project in hindsight? What might you have done differently or, if you had opportunity, what might you add to each of these projects to improve them in the future?
